„Nach § 6 Abs. 1 Infektionsschutzgesetz (IfSG) ist der Verdacht einer über das übliche Maß einer Impfreaktion hinausgehenden gesundheitlichen Schädigung namentlich meldepflichtig. Die Meldepflicht nach IfSG gilt in jedem Fall. Unabhängig davon besteht die Möglichkeit, dass direkt an den Hersteller oder online direkt an das PEI gemeldet wird. Ein Meldeformular mit einer Falldefinition zum Verdacht einer über das übliche Maß einer Impfreaktion hinausgehenden gesundheitlichen Schädigung finden Sie auf den Internet-Seiten des PEI (Link siehe unten).“
Dementsprechend müssten die Daten bei den Kassenärztlichen Vereinigungen denen beim PEI entsprechen.
Jetzt hat die KBV die als Impfschaden kodierten Abrechnungen der Ärzte veröffentlicht.
Das entspricht etwa dem 10 fachen der Meldungen, die dem PEI vorliegen.
Noch ist nicht abschließend klar, welche genauen Hintergründe die Differenz hat. einige Gründe liegen auf der Hand, wie z.B. der für den Arzt zu treibende Aufwand bei ausbleibender Vergütung.
Wie zuletzt bei der Evaluierung der Maßnahmen durch die Sachverständigen scheint es auch hier, dass Behörden und Ministerien die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in einem sehr sensiblen Bereich missachtet haben.
